Cinnamon Hill Folk Art
Woodpecker Doorbell Actuator

Now in a private collection

Pulling the cord makes Woody peck at the panel. At the same time an electrical switch is closed and activates a radio-controlled circuit and sends a signal to the bell inside the house.

Note: The wooden woodpecker was not made by Cinnamon Hill. It was left at its present location after the house had been sold to friends. We installed the switch and rf transmitter and backup panel.

Size: Approximately 12" high.

Materials used for this project:Pine, acrylic, reed switch, magnet.
